AHAHAHAHAHA That was my heartiest belly laugh of the week. Looks like he's on the set of Carlito's way.
Maybe him and Chavez Jr. are doing some light work for Senor Pablo Cabralles.:: I was going to post here the other day about what was going on with John, as I had not heard much of him since he struggled to get past an unheralded Arab chap on the undercard WK vs Ibragimov. I did hear he had dropped a decision soon after........never heard much about him after that. I think John is a touch too slow and defensively lax to cut it at the very highest level but I hope he continues to earn handsomely and packs it in as soon as he can. There is a future for him in TV.
Here's a fight nobody should care for. Hopefully it's gonna be bloody and painful for both. Enough that they will consider retirement.
His last fight I think was on the Pacquiao under-card (I could be wrong). And they were going on about the fact he could've made much more money if he'd stayed in Ireland.
I don't know about Chavez Jr. but John Duddy Jr. is a gutsy brawler, and should be appreciated a bit, after all, it's not like he jabs and holds, like tha utter bum Wladimir. I thought you all wanted violence?:nono:
Go Duddy !!! As flawed as he may be, let's remember: he'll be the best guy that Chavez has fought. Duddy's and Chavez Jr's careers, thus far, convince me that Arum is a piece of shit promoter.
Arum has made a ton of money off of Chavez. And he's promoted barely a handful of Duddy's fights in his career. I don't even think Arum is Duddy's promoter at all.
