Good luck waiting for the day when you see Arnold, Jamie Foxx, Will Smith, Jeremy Piven, Magic Johnson, Mark Sanchez, ect all at UFC fight. Dana White must listen to the buzz and cry.

Usually Dana White hypes up the big boxing matches but he hasn't said anything about this one.

Dana was in the crowd for Pacman/Clottey. Although I think by invite. He's actually pretty vocal about wanting to see Floyd/Pac just like every other fan out there. Check out this Dana bit from mmanews:

    >>UFC president Dana White went on another verbal assault yesterday as he blamed Floyd Mayweather for ruining a blockbuster match with Manny Pacquiao.

“I think something happened to Floyd in his last fight, something wasn’t there that used to be there, something weird. I truly believe his legacy means more to him than money does,â€￾ White said of Mayweather.

Many people had blamed Pacquiao for his unwillingness to agree to Olympic-style drug testing up until two weeks before the fight, however White states that boxing fans should be pointing the finger at Money.

“Me and Floyd go way back … I think [Floyd] blew this fight,â€￾ White said. “When another fighter starts dictating a drug test, first of all Pacquiao’s never tested positive for any drug but Floyd’s going to make him go through drug testing? That’s ridiculous.â€￾

Most might think White was screaming like a schoolgirl when this fight fell though, however he feels the complete opposite. While appearing on 106.7’s Lavar Arrington Show with Chad Dukes, the former amateur boxer stated that there was nothing more he wanted than to see those two mix it up.

Oddly, White believes there is plenty of room for both combat sports, but boxing keeps shooting themselves in the foot and he doesn’t mind staring at them in his rear-view mirror as they do it.

“Does [that bout not happening] hurt me either way? No I don’t think so, boxing and mixed martial arts can exist,â€￾ White explained. “That fight not happening is insane, it makes no sense to me.â€￾ <<

Oh yeah, Mariah Carey was in the third row with Nick Cannon. You can see her jumping up in the 2nd round when Mayweather was in trouble.

Hanzy, you only put the 3 million PPV buys number out there so you can clown on it when it does less. This fight will probably be in the 800K-1 million range.

Floyd was guaranteed 22.5 million and Shane 7 or 8 (I think 7), plus both got upside from the PPV. According to one report, if the PPV cracked 2 million buys, Floyd could take home 58.5 million. Seriously.

It sure doesn't look like Roger has been getting 10% of PBF's purses.

That would explain why he's been telling everyone he was making 40 mil for this fight.

Nah, I think if the fight does even near the 1 million range, then it's done really good numbers. I'm not sure about 2 million but it's still possible. There was made hype behind this fight. Lot of people wanted to see this fight.
But I think Floyd/Pacman is gonna blow this sh*t away if that fight happens. Shane is great but he's not on the level of Pacman in terms of popularity.

he tamed mosley, who gave up on trying to win for several rounds in a row until the twelfth.

this is why this country doesn't like boxing anymore

the attitude of floyd, and the attitude of any fan who is satisfied with floyd "taming" mosley instead of earning his paycheck and going for a ko.

floyd was more aggressive in this fight, and he was still about a dozen punches under the welterweight average for punches thrown.

go fuck yourself if you come back with "oh well he doesn't need to take a risk so why should he?" because that is also what is killing boxing in this country. $40 million says he should take some fucking risks
