    Retirement?
    Winner of May-Pac?
    Berto?
    Cintron?
    Rematch with Cotto?

    What should he do next?

It's a pretty open question, actually. He's thirty-nine, has just lost his championship, & isn't likely to gain a shot at redemption, especially as he advances further in age. He was thoroughly embarrassed by his challenger & really isn't in a position where someone could say he has something left to prove. Retirement would follow this logic nicely.

On the other hand, he had just regained a title he'd dropped a whopping seven years earlier in his penultimate bout, completely crushing Margarito, & fights with Cotto & Berto would probably still do business. This much, & most people are hesitant to write someone off if their conqueror was Mayweather. That'd be awful harsh judging. I could see Mosley chalking this result up to the class of his opponent, rather than him having nothing left.

I don't think there's anything especially compelling for him, now. My move would be retirement.

Rematch with Margarito or fight with Berto. He will much better without random testing.

Rematch with Cotto. A decent go away payday for both.

He should retire, although I fear it's too late.

Shane is going to be a mumbler.

Shane can beat anybody at 147 except Money. Or he can move up to 154. Shane can beat anybody up there too. Don't let the Money performance mislead you Shane is still one of the best pound for pound fighters out there.

Shane barely beat Mayorga the last time he fought at 154.

There is nothing left for Shane - he should hang them up. I'd hate to see him embarrassed by some scrub.

wouldn't it be great if the floyd-pac fight still is stalling and Shane fights Pac and stretches him? lol

No he can't & no he isn't. His balance and co-ordination are juddery, he's 38 he's been inactive and he needs to retire and enjoy his substantive nest egg.

What do you mean? PBF would love if it Pac gets stretched. His own legacy is cemented and he won't have to risk fighting Pacman anymore. I'm saying dawg, if PBF wanted this fight, it would have been made a long time back instead of PBF/Shane.
I'm not saying Floyd is scared of anybody cause he isn't. He's got too much skill to be scared and he'd probably beat Pacman anyway. But I'm saying if Floyd really wanted the big money fight with Pac, then this fight would be signed today.
