Herol Graham vs Nigel Benn

Graham was the established best British middleweight just before Benn (literally) EXPLODED onto the scene with a string a Tysonesque highlight reel knockouts.

They never fought.

It would be Graham's defense vs Benn's power and all out agression.

Who wins?

 

Barring a "OHHHH NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! THAT'S WHAT WE WE'RE WORRIED ABOUT!" situation, I would favor Herol Graham by decision

I think Benn would catch him eventually.

 

He might. Herol had a unique way of losing almost every big fight he ever had, so he's more than capable of walking into a big shot.

However, Benn always struggled with tricky, defensive sorts (Eubank, Watson) and there are few trickier and more defensive than Herol was. That's why I'd just favour Herol here.
