Why? Because Vic contacted fightnews to say so?

I will say this. I loved it when Darchinyan was dismantled by Donaire, but Vic has stayed very active despite the ass whipping he took and Donaire has done fuck-all to capitalize on his win.

Probably has the same management that JMM had for years and thinks he's Manny Pac. Holds out for huge dollars and ends up fighting for peanuts instead.

Yeah whenever I see him fight it appears he thinks he's some kind of superstar. The kids got talent and is one of the best boxers on the scene right now but he needs big fights.

Donaire always had that Jose Luis Lopez attitude when it came to fighting. Plenty talented, just didn't give enough of a damn.

Fenech beat the piss out of Nelson in their first fight. Had the rematch not happened, who'd have guessed at the result of the 2nd fight?

Shit, as recently as two years ago, Paul Williams overturned a one sided drubbing into a first round victory.

First fights matter more than a rematch, but thats not to say things can't change dramatically in a second fight. Especially considering the quality of the two fighters in question.

    Donaire isn't very good.

Well, we have to realize we've only heard ONE side to this story. Until Donaire comes out and says his piece, this isn't a complete story here. We're hearing what Darchinyan wants people to believe.

I don't see any way shape or form Donaire being afraid to fight Vic. He's already beaten him once, and I think if they got in the ring again, he'd probably beat him down even more.

We'll see. I'd like to see that fight personally. I'm a Donaire fan.
