Shouldn't a guy need to have one quality win at 154 pounds before matching him against the best ever in a weight class?

I try to not to pollute this forum with too many mismatches, unlike ESB cause this forum actually has quality posters. Eastside is overrun by teeny boppers.

But in any case... The Body Snatcher beats the living bejesus outta Froggy for 3 rounds, then stops him in the 4th. That is... if Cintron doesnt quit first.

    Beat me to it.

There's also a guy in ESB who believes Cintron is a harder puncher than Tito Trinidad

Thats a pretty mild retarded statement over there compared to others. Ive heard that David Haye KO's a prime Tyson in 5, Hamed would have KO'd Floyd, and that Niccolino Locche only had an average defense.

Know those early night undercard fights where some young prospect they're grooming gets fed some live bait to dissect while the crowd sits in appreciative silence? That's what this'd be like. McCallum by a satisfyingly uneventful 4th round tko.

    Your fanboy is showing.

Cintron has as many quality wins at 154 as Julian Jackson did and you were ok with him getting a title shot...when you look at it without using hindsight.

That being said, McCallum murders Cintron.

    Have I ever hidden it?

And by the way, if you look at it without hindsight, McCallum wasn't a legend at 154 yet when he fought Jackson.

We can do a mythical matchup like this when Kermit gets his first big win at 154.

If Williams makes Cintron dive out of the ring, McCallum makes him commit suicide on the way to the arena.

Absolutely. I never said he was a legend at that point. But McCallum's skills were there, even if his opposition wasn't anything special at that point in time.
