    Holiday.

Holiday had a win over Ivan Robinson and had gone 12 with a prime Sugar Shane. Ironically, Shane put that performance down to a case of diarrhea brought on by, and get this, a performance enhancer that went wrong {creatine in this case} Two of the judges had 113-116 and 114-115 respectively, which means he was one-two rounds away from retaining his title. Against a prime SS.

Holiday had stopped Ivan Robinson before Robinson beat Gatti {X2}. Gatti, now suitably faded, went on to stop Dorin with one body shot.

Holiday also beat the shit out of a faded Jeff Fenech, and, when well past his best, was still putting in very competent performances against adequate younger competition, like Britains Colin Dunne.

Colin Dunne had beaten Billy Schwer by Split-Decision in 2000, only months after Stevie Johnston, the then WBC 135lb champ, had beaten Schwer by unanimous decision. Dunne had beaten Holiday by unanimous decision only a few fights before he beat Schwer.

All in all, Holiday was more talented, mixed with better fighters and beat better fighters.

Yeah, but its IMO that the Gatti KO was somewhat flukish. Dorin was actually starting to come on at the time Gatti landed that punch, and if not for I think Arturo woulda been in for a rough night. Plus Holiday doesnt have Gatti's power anyway.

I was just watching Dorin's fight in which he beat the hell outta Emanuel Augustus... he was a pretty good fighter, and he SHOULDA been the Unified champ. He was badly robbed in the Spaddy fight.

I actually think it'd be a close fight, but Holiday probably does edge it.
