Minter was a good middleweight, and might outbox Jackson for awhile, but I think Julian eventually bombs him out.
Minter was a real fluid boxer but you could catch him here and there real cleanly, and that's not a good thing against Jackson... I think eventually he gets him good enough to stop him, maybe behind on all three cards
