I'm looking forward to seeing Librado Andrade fighting tonight. I think he's gonna win this easily.

If Lucas has ANYTHING Left, He Should Make the Fight FAIRLY Entertaining for a Few Rounds...

Amazing, Isn't It...It's Been Nearly 15 YEARS Since Roy Played a SCRUB Level Hoop Game AND Whipped Lucas' Ass, in the Same Day...

    agREED...

Several Years AFTER Facing Roy, Lucas Not Only Won but DEFENDED a Super Middle Title...Now, he's 1 or 2 Fights Away from ANOTHER Title Shot, if he's Fortunate Enough to BEAT Andrade (Which is Doubtful)...

Roy Jones Played a Friggin BASKETBALL Game, then WHITEWASHED a Guy that Went On to Win & DEFEND a World Title...U're Right, it Not Only Says Alot about Roy's Comp, it Says even MORE about HIM...

Ah this is bullshit. The damn softball game is in the 7th inning and cutting into the boxing.

Softball only has 7 innnings right? It's 2-1 so the losers better not score! lol

    EDIT: game over! lol

Andrade talked like he was the boxer coming out of three year retirement at age 38. :eek:ld:

If there's any justice in the world, they'd pipe in Suzanne Vega's "My Name is Luca" over the soundsystem.

I don't think it really says anything about Lucas. I suspect that world class boxers can all work out at the level required for a basketball game the day of a fight and it really won't affect them enough to notice in most fights. Read Jack Dempsey's biography and (as I remember) he would work out to the point of exhaustion the morning of a fight thinking it helped.

Nah, I think Jones would have been much more competitive against Calzaghe than Lucas was against him.
