Tough fight to call. What do you think? Wright had the ability to deal well with speed because of his hands-up defense, steady pressure and his jab. But Martinez would've been at home fighting off his back foot, and circling Wright. My guess is Wright would've won 4-5 of the first 6 rounds, making the decision, whichever way it went, close. However, whereas Wright enjoys most of the success in the first half, I think Martinez begins to find Wright more and more as the fight goes on, opening up with unanswered shots throughout the final three rounds. I just think Martinez would figure out how to time and counter Wright, landing clean where he'd found only gloves before. Martinez SD
Prime Winky, circa 99-03, beats Serg by 8-4 UD. And that version of Wright would have also schooled Williams.
