Anyone wanna split these two? I like Tunney, on the strength of superior movement & being such a sound adjustment-maker. He'd need to adjust & re-adjust repeatedly in this fight, which is something Moore demands, with his herky-jerky approach & fight-ending power. Another asset for Tunney was his chin --- he was a teak-tough boxer, & anyone who was thumped by Moore needed such an asset. & I think he utilises all his swiftness of foot & smart counter-punching (which he could employ at any range) to win out, on the order of 9-6, or 8-7, with no knockdowns. Thoughts? I think it would be an interesting visual affair.
Moore would be the best fighter, certainly the best light heavy Tunney ever fought by quite a ways... Ramonza and I have had our disagreements about Tunney, and I ams ticking to my take here... I like Archie to close the gap, present Tunney with his weird angles and sudden, bewildering offensive surges and rock Tunney enough to win a decision
