We'll take the Taylor who beat Aaron Davis against the Magic Man who fought Honeyghan.

Taylor stylewise would cause problems for Starling, and Starling didnt have the firepower of Norris to get Taylor outta there. But Starling could just be too strong for Mel down the stretch.

Good call. Starling didn't have Norris's power but he's a tough nut to crack for Taylor. Tall rangy, guys with good jabs gave Starling fits but an ultra aggressive, volume puncher will give him tons of opportunities to do what he does best.

Meldrick's speed and output will allow him to pile up an early points lead but Starling will figure him out. Taylor will probably look great early and his offense will force Starling to stay in his shell at times but he'd find his distance and begin to finish the exchanges. Starling would also use his strength to bully Taylor and rip him on the inside.

If Taylor makes it to the end his speed and flash will sway the judges but Starling's counter rights and body attack will make it way too close for comfort.
