4-6 fights it looks like. FUCK!!!!

Well, I guess he figures that since Strikeforce really needs him, he can squeeze the teat for as much milk as he wants and for as long as he wants.

I guess he doesn't want to fight the top competition. He may also have been influenced by all the disrespect that Dana White has sent his way over the past few years, but DAMMIT I wanted to see him fight the UFC young guns.

Is there even 4-6 worth HW's in Strikeforce?

Might as well take this as good news since there was no way Fedor would ever sign with UFC

I seriously can't blame him. Danas antics really pissed him off and Fedor really doesn't need to deal with it.

    No. Strikeforce is a joke.

    It was a compatibility thing.

I think the top guy's in SF hw division are stronger than the one in the UFC , so it should make for more interesting matchup imo

Well, I usually defer to head-to-head matchups. The top HW in Strikeforce was rendered unconscious by one of the top 4 UFC HW's. Everything beyond that is speculation.

Carwin was esposed big time as a frontrunner with a beyond pathetic gas tank, I expect pretty much any top 10 with a chin to take him into deep water and drown him( well, in his case, a kid pool seems deep enough to drown him ). Velasquez is very skilled but he is too small imo to beat the really huge guy's like Overeem or Big Foot Silva, I may be wrong and a big part of the puzzle will be placed after his match with Brock. JDS is very good but his best win was over a fat Werdum who got caught straight away, his ground game and chin are still huge question mark, and in a straigh up striking match I think Overeem kills him. Lesnar showed good heart and toughness in hiw win vs Carwin, but a lot of weaknesses too. Still too early in his career to gauge him properly. I still rate guy's like Werdum and Fedor over him

And JDS lost, less than a year before his upset of Werdum, to one Joaquim Ferreira who was just koed by sokoudjou. Is Sokoudjou better than JDS at hw ????

Right, because SF is full of top 10 HWs with good chins and conditioning, I mean just look, they have Arlovsky, Rogers, Overeem, Werdum......o wait.

Carwin may have been "exposed" but that still doesn't take away from the fact that he wins and will continue to win most of his fights. That's like saying GSP was exposed for having a weak chin, yeah? So what?

Cain too small to beat Big Foot. Comic gold. Overeem's TDD isn't all that either, Cains one of the few guys I'd take over Overoids handily.

I'm pretty low on JDS so I don't really care about your attempts to downplay him, and again this "caught" nonsense makes me guffaw at how little people comprehend the approriate usage of words. Beyond that, his gg probably would be improving, considering oh, it's been years now since someones been able to get and keep him down. If you think his chin is suspect you don't watch MMA fights. But ya know who does have not a suspect, but a flat out BAD chin? Overoids!

Maybe you do rate Werdum over Lesnar, but that would be more of your lack of comprehension and reasoning than a legitimate opinion. Werdum was nothing but a 2-2 fighter who stunk out the joint and looked like shit in a close decision win over a light hitting limited fighter in Silva, and lucked his way into a submission against a fighter who had too much fat tissue blocking his brain.

Outside of Overeem, the division is complete shit.

Pacquiao is pretty good, but Hatton got caught straight away.

    "Caught"

I love that. The word almost has no meaning at this point.

No, but we know JDS beat the Strikeforce HW Champion. Period. No speculation. Not Fighter A beat Fighter B so he must be better than C? Just plain, simple FACT..

Call Werdum fat or unprepared or whatever you want but JDS kept it standing and put him to sleep. It wasn't even close.

Why do you even post in here? Everyone knows your opinion means nothing since you continually spew false shit out of your mouth.

Why does Brock have Cauliflower ear? He rarely gets hit. -TLC

Ben Rothwell and Roy Nelson are not tests for elite fighters. -TLC

SF pretty much has three good guys in every division and the rest are total garbage.

The HW division is no different, all they have is the Fraud himself, Overeem and a past-prime Werdum.

Have you ever noticed no one pays attention to what the fuck you post? Or laughs with your attempts at jokes or petty, pathetic attempts at making people look stupid?

Doing the latter to you however, doesn't even require an attempt, because you ARE stupid, and incredibly basic.

And no, Rothwell and Nelson aren't adequate tests for elite fighters, they are gatekeepers. This has been proved several times over and as recently as UFC 117.

Once again, you are the one who doesnt even realize the stupidity in the original comment. Let me help you out here.

It all starts from your blind degradation of Fedor. You claim his win over AA was meaningless because AA has beat no one. Furthermore, you say that AA's wins over Rothwell and Nelson were meaningless because they are not tests for elite fighters. Yet In the statement you just called AA an ELITE FIGHTER! Not only that, but I never heard a complaint when Rothwell and Nelson were pit up against the UFC elite HW's. The hypocrisy is astounding.

AA was an established elite on the decline. He's shot to shit now. Even during the time he fought Nelson and Rothwell, he struggled mightily with mere gatekeepers. Struggling with Nelson is slightly excusable despite the fix being in, in that fight, since Nelson is pa decent gatekeeper, but struggling with Rothwell is laughable.

And no one complained probably because the so called UFC "elites" were budding elites and not established ones. There's a difference in putting Josh Clottey against Tim Bradley than putting Josh Clottey against Shane Mosely or Floyd Mayweather.

No one would want to see the latter, both fighters are established enough that the end result woul not be in question.

Both gatekeepers were destroyed by budding elites, didn't even look like they belonged in the same cage.
