They are ostensibly going to charge him with whatever the maximum charge is that could fit his action(s). However, based on the fact that he has millions to blow on legal defense, I am absolutely certain this gets reduced to some misdemeanor nothing with $350 fine or perhaps tossed out completely if it is true that this is over an iPhone. On the threats and other abuse allegations, again, Floyd will win out in any such case due in part to his resources, but also because it is extremely likely that the only "evidence" this baby mama has of the abuse is "her word". How many people here think she documented the abuse with video, audio, and witnesses, took pictures, wrote the transpiring events in a log, called the police to get complaints on the record, etc? Uh huh. All this means is that we have YET ANOTHER indication of what a juvenile, petty, pathetic man Floyd Mayweather Jr. really is. He is living in an adult body, with tons of money at his disposal, and he is mentally and emotionally about 15 years old. Almost everything he does or says sounds like something a spoiled, rotten high school kid would say or do.
It is painfully obvious that Floyd is heading down a sad and disasterous path in his life. At 34 and fairly inactive......he isn't going to get better as a fighter, and it seems he isn't going to get better as a responsible adult. He needs to get back in the gym .

Not a paid professional but I'd almost guarantee that anyone who did a diagnosis would say that a lot of the problems that keep cropping up around PBF from time to time stem from unresolved issues from his childhood. Not excusing anything and I certainly detest that sort of behavior just opining here.
