    For the RECORD, Texas refused to license Tommy Morrison, despite pressure from Top Rank to do so... They did give him a chance, but his bloodwork got "flagged"... imagine that..

    Texas drug tests fighters in championship bouts. What state is drug testing every combative sports fighter?
