Esparragoza was on the slow side. He was a clever sort of boxer, who would probably make it ugly and manage to win some rounds, but if he doesn't get stopped by Hamed, my guess is he loses a decision to Hamed's better hand-speed.
Esparragoza hit plenty hard, so this is by no means a gimme for Hamed, and he's certainly not going to just walk through with impunity... that said, I think Esparragoza was too easy to hit for a quick, unorthodox guy like Hamed... and Hamed, no matter how shitty a boxer he was, hit HARD, really fucking HARD... I think he could make Esparragoza cautious enough to stop throwing with conviction... Hamed by dull decision in a fight that initially has some crackling moments
