Napoles at 147, Whitaker at 154. The reason I say that is because Napoles' style simply doesn't lend itself to moving up in weight as far as 154. Whitaker, being the ever light-hitting defensive spoiler is always going to find it easier to take on a bigger fighter than a guy who relies on offense to win.
