vasquez was slow on his feet and had all he could handle from a young winky wright who's never gone past 12. i'd take vargas on points.
Hard to say. Stylewise it's a good one for Vazquez but i just think Vargas is a better overall fighter, would survive some rough spots and win a close decision. Good fight though.
oh ok gotcha. Damn I didn't even realize going in how young Wink was when he took that fight. I knew he was my age, but forgot that the fight happened so early in his career.
that was a great fight too. winky could've won if it werent for the slippery canvas although he was legitimately hurt in the 12th round.

Tough to dispute since... damn, I don't know if he was ever dropped beyond that fight. He had a phenomenal chin, which only says that much more of Vazquez' raw/pure punching power.
