I dont know, man... Norris is a hell of a lot different than any bigger guy Pac has ever fought ... he has never been in with a big man who could move like that or punch that fast

people are getting a little bit crazy here, picking Pac against ANYBODY EVER

Pacquiao's speed & Norris' chin would meet at some point, proving fatal. Not to say this is a one-punch KO, or anything of the sort, but it's going to be the ultimate difference in this fight, IMO.

Sure, Norris is dramatically different to any of the higher-weight fighters Pacquiao has faced to this point, but let's not also forget that Pacquiao has done away with these men whilst barely dropping a round. He retired De La Hoya & Hatton, winning every minute of both bouts. He made Cotto run for his life en route to an overwhelming stoppage. He essentially shut-out both Clottey & Margarito over twenty-four combined rounds.

It isn't as if he hasn't said to the world, "I have room to spare if you have better big men out there." He has, comprehensively so. Norris presents such a challenge, & my gut says Pacquiao's up to it.

I could see Norris outboxing him early and then trading with Pac a few times too many and getting stopped.

His chin issues aside, I like Norris fairly big in a fight at 154 - specifying that weight means that even if Pac demanded a catchweight of 148-150, Norris still could've made it without sacraficing very much.

Norris' blend of speed and power could've actually provided quite a bit of damage, as Pacquiao even in tearing through Cotto and Margarito and coasting against Clottey still got touched up far more than should be the case in near-shutouts.

I can see Terry brawling long enough to mark up Pacquiao, then after surviving a scare revert to boxing mode and take a decision win that's probably closer on the cards than in reality.

    Norris easily.

Who beat Norris? Apart from Santana the cheat- you got Simon Brown and you got Julian Jackson, that sort of dude.

Pac really any faster or better than Taylor? Taylor could take a beating when someone brought it to him, we're not sure about Pac.

Unfortunately, Terry is from Lubbock Texas, I've never been to Lubbock, can anyone describe its inner city for me?

Ha, wasn't completely dismissing it. Just saying people shouldn't defaultly pick Pacquiao just because of Norris' weak chin

Pacquiao is overwhelmingly better than the oft-exaggerated Taylor --- & that's the peak version who schooled McGirt & ran Chavez a merry chase, never mind the fading fellow who was Norris-fodder.

and I am always quick to shit on Norris for not just his chin, but the fact that his opposition was either totally shot or came from the welterweight division

still, this is an exceptionally fast handed, quick-footed big man with real power... Pac has fought no one even approaching that description
