    I know it's taboo in boxing to say fighter A wins because fighter A beat fighter C and fighter C beat fighter B but having said that Valero wins becaue he killed a woman and a woman killed Gatti.

    Not saying that Valero wouldn't win, but am surprised that prior to SnD's post, the verdict was unanimous.

    Gatti was basically a middleweight fighting as a junior lightweight. Not to mention that Valero didn't really right the ship until he moved up to 135.

    At 135, I'd undoubtedly pick Valero and by violent knockout. At 130... I'd be tempted to go with Gatti, if even in an upset.
