How would the Khan of the Maidana fight fair against the Taylor that lost to Chavez in their 1st fight?
Other than being taller, I'm struggling to think of a single thing that Khan can do better - and I'm a Khan fan. Taylor takes this one... I stop short of saying 'with ease,' but it would reach a point where Khan is overwhelmed.
Khan is as fast as Taylor (yes he is) and taller, but that's about it. Taylor has the advantage with everything else and he wins inside the distance
Very difficult to separate the Camachos, Taylors and Roys of the history but yes, Khan's speed is at all time great level, which is the only thing that makes him a champion now
I don't know. I mean, Khan's hand speed is far and above the rest of the current field, but an all-time level? That's quite a statement, and not sure I can yet co-sign. Anyway, seems like everyone agrees on the outcome... which again is no knock on Khan by any stretch.

Yeah I have to agree with X. Khan is not anywhere near the hand speed of Taylor. He has good speed but its not anything out of this world. Taylor stops him in 8 rounds.
Right, but the future, not the present, will decide how good Khan will prove himself to be. There's just so much which can & will happen between now & his retirement, I find it hard to believe Khan can get a fair shake right now. Of course, as of right now, I would not say Khan should be favoured. He still has big fights & bigger challenges out there, which he is yet to fail or pass. Right now? Taylor is my pick, & convincingly...but the book isn't even near being written yet.
It seems unlikely that Khan would offer the same sort of flint-fisted problems for Meldrick that Chavez did, and if you cant hurt Meldrick you cant discipline him.

I maintain what I always say..... prime Taylor would have outclassed Bradley & Khan. Though I think of the two, Khan would be more difficult for Taylor given his length. Taylor would have beaten Bradley's overrated ass EASILY.
