100 burpee challenge

simply the time it takes you to do 100 burpees

 

might try this some time, sounds like a recipe for vomit though! Not something you'd wanna do every day. What was your time, LOK? I can't really imagine what a good time would be for this....5 minutes? 7 minutes?

 

Just about to try this for the first time.....drinking my water and psyching myself up. ray:The record on Sherdog is 5:12, Im aiming for 7 minutes for a first attempt. Be back in 10.....:kidcool:

Did them exactly like that with the push and the leg kick all one movement. Doing a full push up in between would be absolute murder.:: I reckon that would take me about twice as long.
