no doubt about that... if anyone is just starting to weight train or exercise in general, I would not advise 100 chinup/pushup sundays
well.. not really.. I can not do 100 chinups straight.. but a lot of people could do 10 sets of 10 throughout the day.. or 20 sets of 5! I'm just saying throughout the day, 100 pushups, 100 chinups.. even still if you dont workout this is gonna jack you up for a few days

I do them 7 days a week probably more in the 50-70 a day range... I just picked sunday to do at least 100 each
