I do them once in a while just to see how many I can do at once in one sitting. At this point it's probably around 75-80. I should try next time to see. Pull ups I can do around 25 in one sitting because I just did them so I know. What about you ?
Boss, I am starting a new business at some point, i used to be a trainer years ago and am getting back into it. I do test and study effects of different training methods. Bodyweight training IMO is the way! I enjoy it and it is very good for you so i don't consider it a waste of time. Some weekends my wife works and im home with my kids and throughout the day we exercise
50 sets of 20? By doing that much for one muscle group, you could create a muscle imblance between the pushing and pulling muscle groups. Plus, it could get hard on the rotator cuffs.
Buddy, this is not daily, it was just this past Sunday You know i do lots of chin ups and pull ups as well :)
did you do your daily 500 burpee's, 200 chins, 300 hand stand push ups along with these 1000 push ups, LOK? :Lok:
I typically do 3-5 sets of 42 right now. Next week it'll be 43 per set. The 1,000 would actually seem like a good way to get rid of moobs, but it wouldn't leave much time for other exercises.
it is just something i do from time to time.. i find after my 1000 days.. doing a couple hundred is nothing
