2008 Holyfield, albeit slower, had a bit more pop to his punches than 1991 Holy. 1995 Foreman still had the power, but was noticeably slower than even 4 years prior when he fought Holyfield in 1991.

Against a younger fighter it may be an issue, but with the plodding style of Foreman, stamina shouldn't be an issue even for a 45-year old Holyfield.

In the end, Holyfield's reflexes are too far gone. He catches even more shots now than in his prime (if that's possible). Holyfield won't go down for a 10-count, but the referee will step in and give Foreman the TKO victory in the later rounds.
