Is that 600 lbs total for the week? Because you might just be able to do it.

hanzy I dont know if this is serious or not, but even for strength training this is wildly overtraining, unless your just gonna do 1 or 2 sets per work out.

1 set per work out. Nothing more. Don't want to be in the gym for more than 18 minutes at anytime. That means going in, change clothes, workout, shower, leave. All in 18 minutes. Takes 45 minutes to drive to work. So with my calcuations, it's very accurate and I can make it to work on time at 9am on the dot.

if upping your bench is the goal then it sounds OK. I doubt you'll even need to change or shower! You wont put on much muscle mass though. Benching 7 times a week also sounds like a recipe for injury as well. Id maybe just do 4 or 5, and substitute squats or dealifts, but Im no expert.

The only thing I see is burning out and no time for healing. What are you thinking Hanz :dunno: ......and why do you want to do this? Lifting that much weight with seasoned veterans can get serious life altering injuries :notallthere:

I hired a new personal trainer for strength training 2 months ago named Suraj who's from India. This is the layout he gave me in order to achieve my goal of a 600lb bench press.
