Heavyweight prospect Efe Ajagba (6-0, 5 KOs) was awarded a victory by disqualification against Curtis Harper (13-6, 9 KOs) when Harper exited the ring moments after the opening bell rang in one of the strangest fights in PBC history August 24, 2018 on PBC on FS1.
After coming out to the ring and facing off with Efe Ajagba, Curtis Harper walked back to his corner to await the bell for RD1. Just as the bell rang, he immediately stepped through the ropes, left the ring, and walked back to the dressing room leaving the entire arena, Ajagba, announcers and judges dumbfounded.
Harper's reasoning for exiting the ring is that he was screwed on his pay and decided to screw the fight organizers in retaliation.

    Ehh............No.
Ajagba’s camp tried to put a different spin on things. “No punch necessary. One look and the opponent runs, runs out of the ring,” Ajagba’s promoter told ESPN. “He defined what the most feared man in boxing means.”
