Two tough southpaw middleweight champions. This would have been some fight, but will Minter's scar-tissued eyebrows let him down again? I don't recall Alan losing to very many guys that came at him with the exception of Marvin and later when he was way past it, Sibson. Martinez would have to box this much bigger guy and move around him, but Minter has a good shot here as he could hit like hell and was a consumate boxer himself.

It would be a great fight. Minter would struggle with Martinez's speed, but he comes to fight and he'll be having success, but as stingerkarl pointed out, if he's not getting cut to smithereens he has a chance.
