i fucked up my ankle walking in the forrest, then more walking and wakeboarding must have made it worse :doh: what should i do to make it better :dunno: i've had it strapped up and am avoiding putting weight on it.......this doesnt seem like something worth seeing the doctor over i can barely walk, i basically need to limp to get around :dunno:
Go to the doctor's, but unless it requires surgery, he or she will probably tell you RICE. Rest Ice Compression Elevation And make sure to keep the full range of motion.

When you get to work, if you can, sit down and take the wrap off. Then stretch your ankle back and forth, and then do little circles that get bigger to keep the range of motion.
I´m not an expert, but when I twisted my ankle badly and tore a lot of ligaments, the doctor said: And whatever you do, no circles.:dunno:
Really? My said to do them, but very lightly and slowly for the first little while. If it starts to hurt more than a bit, cease for the time being and ice the ankle.
