Probably Roldan. He was tougher, and had a better chin. It'd be one helluva fight though while it lasts. Both fighters would end up hitting the canvas, but in the end I see Roldan getting the best of it. Roldan TKO 5.
This fight would be a special olympics gold medal match. Roldan wins via one too many of his helicopter's landing square on the shaky beard of the walking target.
