Still hitting the weights. I got stuck at benching 275 for 6, so I'm lightening the weight a bit and increasing the reps. Same goes for overhead push presses and deadlifts. I'm also starting to do superset workouts.
Compound lifts and boxing-training for me at the moment. I fucking hate running in Winter, so I'm cardio-ing at a boxing gym right now. 4-5 three-minute sessions on the Heavy-bag, ditto with rope-jumping (gotten really good at this), double-ended bag, wood-chopping, log-carrying...
I'm switching my workout around so that I can do antagonistic supersets and tone up. The strength phase is over for the time being: Day 1: Shoulders, Abs Day 2: Quads, Hamstrings, Calves Day 3: Chest, Back, Neck Day 4: Biceps, triceps I'm going to do this while also increasing my reps. I pulled a hamstring yesterday, so I'm skipping leg day today. Tomorrow is chest, back, and neck.
