ANYONE PLANNING ON BUYING THE VARGAS-MAYORGA PPV?

I remember seeing the commercial for this and then they reminded me it was PPV and I almost spit coke out of my nose. And I wasn't even drinking coke.

So I'm wondering are any of you guys going to actually pay for this farce? Vote now!

I don't really care much about the fight, except for the fact that I want Vargas to win.

 

I'm ordering it. Even though its a fight that shoulda happened like 4 years ago, its still somewhat appealing to me and should be good while it lasts. I'll be rooting for Nando all the way, but I think that he might be too shot.

 

They're both shot. Shot plus skills means Nando should win.

 

Wasn't ordering it on September 8, and damn sure won't order it on my anniversary. Irrelevant main event, shit undercard... no thank you.

 

probably NOT........Cotto vs. Mosley & Mayweather vs. Hatton...that were my money is going.....

I can understand people not ordering this fight because of the other ppv cards around that time. But as far as entertainment it won't dissapoint. :cheer:

I agree. The U/C looks good. I hope they show the Litzau fight.

 

with the weight now at 168, it will certainly provide comedy and a whole lotta jiggling.

 

I'll go to the local bar and enjoy it...but it's not a fight I would ever pay for.

 

If they had a solid undercard than maybe i could see justifying it being on PPV. As it is, no way. Both guys are done, and Vargas won't be fighting again win or lose. This matchup should be entertaining but it's meaningless. This is fight that should be on for free as treat to boxing fans.

 

I think it'll be an entertaining fight, and I've always been a Mayorga fan after he made me a boatload of money in the first Forrest fight, but I'll watch this one on Youtube the next morning.
