The following are a few scenarios I've come up with which will yield an Arreola victory

    1) Klitschko is shot on his way back to the corner after opening introductions.

    2) The "Jet Pack" man, attempting to outdo the now deceased "Fan Man" Will propel through the air and shoot Klitschko on his way back to the corner before round 1

    3) Arreola's team will procure trace amounts of Ebola, which they will put on his gloves during official instructions. Arreola will gently caress Klit's arm and Vitali will go "Wlad/Brewster" on him in the opening seconds.

    Otherwise, this is a wipeout.

Lets not forget Klit is 38. I have seen worse things happen.

I've also read a report that Arreola is in shape, and by that I don't mean he's round.

He injures easily, is 38, and he's having trouble of his own keeping weight off, an Aerola victory isn't impossible,.. I'd never think Rahman would KO Lewis either,... or Buster Douglas would dominate and KO Tyson,... upsets happen.

No matter which way I look at this fight, or analyze it, I did not see any area wherein Arreola had any substantive advantage over Vitali. Nothing. There's just nothing you can honestly give to Chris Arreola coming into this fight. That is somewhat painful for me to confess, since I can't stand either Klit brother anymore, and wish they would both get trounced (even if it's just once) to really liven up the heavyweight division. Lately, the main reason I watch any Klitschko fight is for that freak miracle where they somehow lose to inferior opponents.

However, no fight is a given, and especially not a heavyweight fight! So this is what I cling to:
    (1) Arreola is younger. And Vitali is not only older, he is getting close to "turned old overnight" age.
    (2) Vitali is not the puncher Wlad is, and Chris Arreola is not easy to knock out. Yes, he can be hurt, but he recovers very well and thus can probably last reasonably long against Klit Sr.
    (3) Chris Arreola is sloppy, yes, but his style is awkward. Style is extremely important against either Klit brother, and it can make the difference between a 2 round KO or a long, frustrating night for them. I will particularly note two things below.
    (4) One style oddity is that Arreola has a tendency to "push" some of his punches when he is in range, and as a result their timing is off and they go quite straight to their target. Most people would say this is a disadvantage and Arreola sucks, but I say that these punches just might catch Vitali as he leans away like Plasticman, and Arreola follows.
    (5) Again for style, the weird "coming-forward-head-down-right-hand-swoops-way-over-the-top" punch Arreola has which often catches opponents by surprise. It works, and it's a powerful punch. When he does this, Arreola is able to get a bit more extension on the right hand than normal, which may allow him just enough distance to tap that chin.
    (6) Arreola has a lot of heart, and will not wilt even if it gets rough. KO'd, yes he may certainly get KO'd, but he will not likely quit.
    (7) Arreola does his best work early, probably because he gets tired too damn fast from all the Krispy Kremes. Vitali tends to start slow. If Arreola can just land a handful of good punches in the first 3 rounds, it may be enough to make Vitali more cautious, or maybe even slow him down a bit.
    (8) Chris Arreola is a relatively accurate puncher, even though his technique is not top-drawer. This may help him to stay in the fight without having to throw 100 punches a round, which he couldn't do anyway.
    (9) I was tempted to write that rumor has it Arreola is actually in shape this time, but even I cannot cling to that.

With all this said, Vitali wins TKO in 8.

Chris actually looked good at the weigh ins, thank God he took the fight seriously...
Im very glad, win or lose I just hope he makes a good account of himself.
But he came in shape, I like it...at least for his standards I mean.

Well,.. I dont have a problem with his pot ... if he's got a glass stomache, why the fuck not?.. give it some padding,... but since it's against the strictly head prodding, arching, rubber robot this time,... I think he should have burnt that off, and devised a strategy with his conditioner to keep the custard around the jaw, like an amphibian balloon, to absorb the shock,.. unlike others, I think Chris could put his porridge to good use, I really do my sweet.

    Areola gets pinched quickly.

Too bad he wasn't around in the early 90s against Tyson: Areola chewed up and spit out.

Yeah, there's no need to invoke the name of Tyson when listing of heavies that could beat Arreola.

    Lionel Butler might've sufficed.

My point is the man has a chance to make BIG $$$$ with a victory. How is he not going to train like he never did before and get into Optimum shape?

He is still a fat pig! Vitali is 252 and Arreola is 251

What's sad about Arreola's attitute after his training camp is that he missed a few days during the camp and he just laughs it off like i'ts nothing.

I really though he would put the effort at least for this fight to come in better shape but he didn't.

Even if Arreola had no shot against Vitali to begin with the least he could have done is come in a better shape.
