I think in terms of styles, if Margarito gets past Williams, this fight could be another winnable fight for Hatton. how do you guys see Hatton facing off against the best Light Heavyweight in the Welterweight division? :dunno:

Margarito is way to big and strong for Hatton IMHO.

    Yep...

Based on Sheer SIZE,Margarito would Win...Margarito's a HUGE Welter...Hatton's an AVERAGE Sized Jr. Welter...

    It'd B a Good Fight,though...

You guys think Margarito is significantly bigger than Hatton? I've heard both of them hit 170s-180s in their off time.

Hatton could not beat Collazo, how is he going to beat Margarito who isn't as SKILLED as Collazo. But is much bigger and stronger...:nono:

Yes and the second Hatton clinches, Margarito will just swing him over the top rope.....Hatton landing on his head unable to continue...

    so yes...Hatton could win...by DQ..

 Crying over Margarito's size advantage heading into his next fight against Paul Williams, that's typical of fightbeat.

still not convinced by Margarito....he's good but he is no p4per...he is a big welterweight...i only think Hatton should step up to fight Mayweather...otherwise his strength advantages are diluted...

...Juan Diaz is a fight that could be made which few are talking about

you heard wrong, at least on Margarito's part as he is usually no more than 165 when not training.

and yes Margarito is way bigger than Hatton. Margarito is a legit 5'11" while Ricky maybe is 5'7". Also we saw his strength largely nullified when he moved up to 147 against a guy not known for being a strong welter

Kauki, do you think Hatton would make Fagarito quit quicker than he made Zoo quit?

I would never see you again Dympeople if Fraud quits or loses, I'd like to think you would atleast send me a curteous PM of good wishes before you left, you know, technically Fraud quits every fight by running around the perimeter and failing to engage, usually claiming "sore hands" are to blame for not fighting anymore, I would think due to your clear disgust for a lack of "toughness" that you would be upset by this?, but amazingly you're not?....well, that's your prerogative I guess.

So Because Williams is BIGGER,that Makes Margarito a "Small" Welter All of a Sudden???

Ofcourse not :dunno: , people are crying that Margarito only wins due to his size advantage, when he's not even the 5th biggest fighter in his own division, and is more than willing to take the giants on regularly, it's just a deliberately ignorant assumption based on pure hatred, :nono: . AND this coming from Fraud fans, mr 130 pounds, looked more like mr universe.

As a Welterweight,Margarito's Best Asset is CLEARLY his SIZE...

    Can YOU Deny This???:dunno:

Mr. 130 is Now the Reigning 154lb Champ...Does that Mean YOU Expect Margarito to Max Out @ Lightheavy???

His best assets is his offensive prowess, having shoulder sockets of iron, being able to retain as much power as he does on punches thrown from unorthadox angles, it aids immeasurabley in his excellent finishing abilities, his toughness, resilience, heart and extraordinary stamina play a part aswell as his iron-chin, all before ''size'' do, you Fraud fans can't use that desperate analogy when he destroys Paul Williams, nor could you have used it when he destroyed Cintron,...and by the way, fighters who run from thier opponents are able to move up very easily, it is actually to thier advantage if the referee doesn't force them to fight, Fraud can go up to heavyweight and pot and run the clock out, it's nothing brilliant, all it shows is that he's a skittish little bitch, if the ring was the size of a phone-booth, David Tua would be an all-time great, Fraud exploits boxing in the opposite direction, he's a cancerous participant. :nono:

After seeing Hatton at the weight in I had a feeling he was going to do some damage, if he can maintain that fitness and hunger I would give him a shot at any welterweight fighter.

Camp has been great. This is the last week of sparring so its going to be lighter than usual.

Tony looks great he has been training harder than I have seen him pushing himself to be in great shape. However, there has been a real good vibe in camp to the point where everyone seems relaxed and doing their part to make sure he wins

Sparring has been a total 180 from the Clottey camp where they literally had no one in camp. We had Andy Kolle, Rodney Jones (last welter to beat Tony), Craig McEwan , Austin Trout, Keenan Collin, and two amateurs come in.

I would make Margarito a pretty solid favorite over Hatton.
