Unfortnutely I can see Tony's non stop aggression and size being problematic for Will. There'd be points in the fight where Benitez would make Tony look like a complete amateur, and would completely outbox him in center ring, but Tony wouldnt care. He'd keep coming, and keep throwing, hitting Will anywhere he could, and that might be a problem for Benitez late. Plus Benitez's lack of big power couldnt keep Tony off.

I think Benitez was better suited beating a puncher like Tito, more so than a swarmer like Tony.

prior to the cotto fight, you would've said something like 'benitez would've boxed circles around that bum and expose him as the tomato can that he is!'

How can you reproach him the fact that he uses new information to make his analysis and change his mind? With each fight, we gain more informations about fighters, we'd be fools to not consider it.

i'm just teasing. it's just funny how perceptions have drastically changed since the cotto fight.

not too long ago, it was as if margarito would've been a walk in the park and an unworthy of a challenger vs. floyd and now many think he posses great threat to beat him.

true. even i admit, after paul williams beat margarito, i thought he had a great chance of beating floyd based on his size and style. but after watching him get thorougly outboxed by quintana, i changed my mind and thought that floyd would beat him handily. after williams blew quintana out in the first round of their rematch, i'm not so sure anymore.

I never said Will couldnt win, but I dont think it'd be easy. On his A game(like against Duran) he likely could win a decision over Tony.

There wouldn't be anywhere for him to hit Benitez.

assuming that Margarito had the same loaded gloves for Cotto that he tried to have for Mosley, I think that has to take a vast amount off of his effectiveness if we consider him un-loaded

hell, even with loaded gloves, he still has to hit the guy... tip-top shape benitez makes him miss like it's going out of style and wins round and after round
