Who wins this epic match between Jewish boxing legends?

Leonard was a dancing master with a sharp punch, Ross an all-around boxer-fighter.

I like this match up. I have Leonard as the greatest LW of all-time, the greatest Jew of all-time, and IMO he's my number SIX P4P. Very, very high praise, I know. Although, TBF, I have Ross at twelve, the second greatest Jew of all-time, and the greatest JWW of all-time.

I think Leonard would win here. His style was quite upright, very 'classic' (never a bad thing, IMO) and he showed he had an insurmountable ring IQ, which I think he'd need to win this one. One thing which gets brushed over a lot, is how close Canz vs Ross was. It's very unfortunate for Canzoneri that he doesn't have a win over Ross (if he did, he'd be top 10 P4P for sure IMO).

I think Leonard would know he has to box with Ross. I think he has the tools to do so and win, using his jab well (flicking it out to come over Ross' jab with the cross; stomping into it to get a bit of respect, or even stop Ross in his tracks; teasing his foot ever so slightly to either his left or right to create new angles for it; or simply just timing it properly to come off better when they jab with one another), and use his movement to take away Ross' left hook.

I pick Leonard decision, as I think his style is better suited to beat Ross than vice versa. Ross winning in a series, or even a one off would hardly be surprising.
