No, I think even at that point Hopkins wins. Jackson was VERY far removed from his prime in 94. Jackson's true prime was 87-90. Not only removed from his prime, but Julian was prime at 154. He only had success at 160 because of his unreal power. His quickness and skill level was a lot better at 154. At middleweight, he largely abandoned the solid jab and great combinations he threw in the late 80s.
