Arnold vs Predator has to be up there. I'll add more as I think of them.

It’s not one on one but I really liked that Batman versus multiple thugs fight in Batman Versus Superman.

I also like the agent versus agent fights in the first three Bourne films.

One of the Bourne films had a fantastic ATG fight. Can’t remember which one it was.

Bond vs Red Grant in From Russia with Love is a classic.

Excellent choice. Hard to beat that:

The fight vs OddJob in Goldfinger is pretty good if not too over-the-top dramatic:

Of more modern movies, one of the best one-on-one realistic fights is in Grosse Pointe Blank (with great tune):

lololololololol who said Arnold v Predator? lolololololol

    I did, fuckface.

Doesn't have to be martial arts related just a good one on one fight.

Superman vs Zod in Man of Steel is another one.

Eastern Promises Russian vs two Chechens. Technically a two on one but he takes one out pretty swiftly and it becomes a one on one. Loses points for lack of realism, two Chechens would maul a single Russian.

Marathon Man Roy Scheider hotel room fight.

Daniel Laruso vs Johnny is an ATG fight.

Dunno if sporting confrontations count though.

Good one. Still root for Lou Gossett whenever I run across that flick. For a little while there, Gere was great at playing the super-cunty asshole.........even when he was supposed to be the good guy.

Yup Gere was definitely the antagonist in that particular fight. He needed a good beating

Just watched that one last night. Definitely. Achilles was never in danger though. Would have been nice to have seen at least a few moments of that.

I didn't think that fight was competitive., Achilles seemed to be toying with him.

You know, at the end, when Dutch gets Foreman-Frazier-ized x5?

    That's an obvious one:

How about T2 ( edit just found out its actually the T800) vs T1000? That was a somewhat solid fight. Ended up with 2 badass robots in a puddle of molten steel.

That stabbing scene was fucked up, the way he comforted the guy as he killed him.
