    I agree with TD..

    it CAN be useful. .

    I have had 2 different models over the years.. one I liked a lot one I hated..

    I like the orignal version..

    that said... for ME.. it was just "OK" if you didn't have a gym..

    now that I am strictly bodyweight training.. it's not needed but it can work and work well..

    consistancy is key, if you got it and used it reguarly it could be very effective
