Bute-Brinkley on Oct 15 InterBox has announced that the IBF has approved the staging of an IBF mandatory title bout between top contender Jesse Brinkley (35-5, 22 KO) and IBF super middleweight champion Lucian Bute (26-0, 21 KO). InterBox also reports that it has reached agreement with Let’s Get It On Promotions and Star Boxing for the services of Jesse Brinkley, and that the mandatory fight will take place on October 15th 2010 at the Montreal Bell Centre. The IBF awaits signed contracts from each camp.
Is Jesse Brinkley that white trash guy with the white trash family that were crying as he was beaten down in Contender?? :dunno:

Bute ought to be ashamed of himself. He is fighting a man who made women and small children pull funny faces. ::  Terry: "How Could You Give Brinkley A Pay-Day? Don't You Know He Made a Small Girl Cry" Charlie: "Sorry Kid...."
It is said they immigrated to Europe from Northern India,.. even our very own Gatti, is a Serbian of gypsy ancestry.
Z I'm telling you as a guy that's been in with both guys. Brinkley has the movement and defense to make it the distance with Bute. Believe me I know his weakness and look : Mirranda,Andrade I,II,Zuniga,Berrio. All the same guys; come forward big punch. There is a reason for that.:kick:
Brinkley has about two fans it seems, Otis and mE. The guy can fight. He's not as gifted as Bute, few are, but he is a tough SOB and I think his slight chance of winning is better than his chance of getting blown away. I think the most likely result is that Bute clearly outboxes him in a pretty tough fight.
I respect your opinion Otis and Brinkley could last the distance, but I can't see him winning and it probably won't even be close.
While he was very disapointing in the Spina fight, I could give him a pass for it, but the way he was soundly beaten by a shot Robin Reid makes me wonder how he'll make it competitive with Bute
He has PMSR now in his corner and thats big. PMSR is a science 1st coach. Bottom line can he out point Lu at the Bell;no. Will he earn a great deal of respect from boxing fans;yes! Thanks Z! It was a very good deal and now I'll fight for IBF and WBA in 2011. Also all my fightbeat fam can make the trip to Reno!!!!!artie:
