I'd lean towards Toney. I'd probably give Joe more chance against a prime Roy actually. Styles and all that....

I think this is the fourth time I see this topic, and for the fourth thime Calzaghe outboxes, outspeeds and out-hustles Toney to take a unanimous decisio

My guess is scoring this one would be very difficult. Other than the odd shot here or there i doubt either guy gets hit flush too often. Both guys are excellent at gauging distance and using angles to provide a hard target. Toney moreso with subtle movements and anticipation and Joe with footwork.

I can volume being the difference if Calzaghe doesn't eat too many counters.

Nah. Calzaghe as the faster guy would use effective in-and-out tactics, behind Toney's back that is

Toney had the skill to beat Calzaghe, but I doubt it happens.

Even in his best days Toney had trouble and had to pull fights out of the fire. he also could be outworked.

I'd go with Joe outspeeding and winning a clear decision over Toney. That shoulder roll style isn't condusive to fighting lefties for the most part. Joe's height allows his right jab to land over Toney's left shoulder, getting in good head shots all night long.

    Calzaghe 8-4.
