Outside of his normal puncher's chance? No. Ortiz is far too strong and smart to not bull in under Chapo's punches and work the body. He might not have the athleticism that Camacho and Davis used to trouble Rosario, but he's probably better than Ramirez in every aspect. Rosario gets completely out-classed. Hell, Rosario gets out-classed by multiple of Ortiz's scalps.
