This is one 135's most slept on MMs IMO. Both could very well win, but I think I like Ortiz. Ike Williams was a dynamite puncher, but he became pretty badly unstuck against Willie Joyce who only really had toughness and well schooled fundamentals. Ortiz has both, and is one of the most definitive ring generals I've ever seen. I'd choose an Ortiz UD, with Ike scoring a few knockouts if they were to fight ten times.
Ortiz via close decision with Williams remaining dangerous all night. I think Ortiz gets a big lead with his skill level, and then Williams explodes late, maybe even getting a knockdown somewhere in there but falls short.
