I think in a 12 rounder Starling, at his best, wins a close decision. 15 rounder... I'll take Carlos. Lets not forget that Palomino gave Benitez a pretty spirted and close fight, despite the fact that El Radar won clearly. And Starling even on his best day isnt in the same class as Benitez.
Starling by decision in a close fight. Palomino would make him work, but Starling's defense and counter punching would get him the win.
