That's interesting. Haye is creating more Buzz. What's the biggest attendance at one of his fights? Didn't he have to give tickets away for the Barrett fight?

You will note that Chagaev had already beaten Ruiz, and beaten him clearly, before Haye did, yet the very name fighter {Ruiz} who forms so much of Hayes basis as "the man", is strangely omitted from the list of names the author quotes as noteworthy to Chagaevs resume.

I sometimes wonder if these people even read what they themselves have written. It seems they are prepared to pick up any old thing at a moments notice and pass it off as telling, substantive fact when it suits them, and dismiss it the next as irrelevant when it doesn't suit them.

Either Klitschko is going to give Haye a frightful hiding- if indeed things even make it that far. The only thing that makes it even remotely interesting is the shite journalism we can look forward to in the interim.

Let it go man Irish. Your continuing, one-sided war against easily Britain's most respected newspaper is going to end in tears...

One thing you can be absolutely sure of, all of these journalists, Bunce, Mitchell, etc, {its worse with the football journo's...} they all trawl the websites endlessly looking for malleable trends and opinion which they can cold-beat into some sort of a topical article. I would like to think that Mitchell comes across this place and suffers a nervous breakdown.:pointlaugh::pointlaugh:

Seriously....if Ruiz wasnt worth mentioning as a name on Chagaev's resume, then why use a 39 year old post-Chagaev Ruiz as the basis for Hayes being "the man" :dunno:

Chagaev since his layoff to hepatitis doesn't seem to be the same. His last performances have been terrible. Haye will crush him

Chagaev was probably hurt more by the ankle injuries- prior to that he had some nifty feet. Wlad did his bit to slow Shaggy down too, as did the Hep.
