Chavez might struggle early, but by the middle rounds hes in full control, and he probably ko locche late or at the very least takes a clear decision
Locche isn’t going to be able to keep Chavez off of him and he’ll eventually succumb to Chavez’s constant aggression and infighting. I expect Chavez to win quite easily. Bad style match up for Locche.
