Eubank has the right style and durability to, over the long haul, beat Jackson , who while he still could hit, wasn't the most durable or quick Middleweight on the block
When you consider how tough Chris was, it's a pity that his comp was so shit for so long. He get's more points for losing 5 straight to Collins {twice} Cal Slappy and Thompson twice than he does for any number of wins over Dan Sherry, Ray Close, Wharton, Benn and Watson. He probably lost 2 of the fights he had with Benn and Watson. I think he would lose to Jackson simply by being too cautious and surrendering too many rounds.
He could never lose to Jackson. Eubank's chin was made of solid iron. Nigel benn (Middleweight prime) had power not far off from Jackson's..very very close..and he couldn't put a dent in Eubank...and jackson is not outboxing or outworking Eubank and neither would he be able to withstand Chris' own attacks for too long.
