No, I doubt it. Carr was good enough to push elite fighters, but not beat them. Carr could beat a Thurman or D.Garcia level guy, but Cotto would be too good.
You would think Carr. I mean, Carr gave Oscar a lot of trouble, and took maybe 3-4 rounds off a prime Quartey. I dont think Brook would give prime Oscar and Ike any problems at all.
I’d take Carr over Brook, Thurman, Garcia, and Porter. He’d lose to Crawford, Spence, and Cotto, though.
