I take fish oil, flax seed oil, and milk thistle and DGL extract and a vitamin and mineral supplement (2) with a rock star drink in the morning with an apple. Than for lunch I drink organic vegetable juice with another tablet of DGL, than for supper I take 2 more vitamin and mineral tablets, Cranberry pills, and and some ginko, with a meal.
That Rockstar drink is made by Coca-Cola, and it is packed with sugar. The Diet Rockstar drink isn't as bad. The rest sounds ok, but what do the milk thistle and DGL supplements do for you?
Myself, I take a multivitamin and a potassium supplement (my muscles tend to cramp a lot lately). Occasionally I might take Siberian Ginseng if I'm feeling rundown, but that hasn't been for about 6 months.
I take a multivitmen (most days) and a fish oil I take a baby asprin twice a day and a drink every night other than that.. I eat pretty clean and healthy
