    Fucking Diaz. UFC should fire him. First the press conference skipping and now this ? Put it this way say Diaz absolutely destroys Condit in two minutes, and everybody gets super excited for Diaz/GSP, guess what ? It wouldn't happen anyway because he did pot. If you wanna be a serious professional mma fighter then you're one 100% none of this childish bullshit Diaz brings. I love him as a fighter but he's not professional enough for this stage of the game. Fire him.

    sure he did. You can have a card and still smoke it illegally. You cant smoke and drive. You cant smoke while you are working heavy machinary. You cant fight under it. BTW, the card is legal on a state level in Cali, but not on a federal level. His card or his high isnt legal in another state.

    You're not making the distinction. If he smoked out a week before the fight in his own living room in California, it is 100% legal.

    Please make the distinction between being against the law and violating the NSAC rules. It's not the same thing.

    Yes, but you dont know when he smoked. He could have done in the lockeroom for all we know. So to say he didnt do anything wrong is a big of a stretch right?

    That being said, he knows how long weed stays in his system. He still decided to do it. He is a dumb person.

    I also want to point again, the federal government says that these pot places are illegal. It's the state that says it's ok.

    I know this is all beside the point and techinical and shit and who really cares. You are right. who does care. We need another fight soon. Im bored.

    Just to be clear, I didn't say he didn't do anything wrong. I said anything illegal.

    Then again, he may have been sharing a bong with Nate and Jake in the dressing room minutes before the fight.

    I don't know the exact test they did, but urine test can detect marijuana use around 30 days. It could have been anywhere in the 30 days if that was the test. A hairstrand test can give a much more specific timeline. They should be able to narrow down the actual week by that test. If I was him I'd be getting that done for a defense/appeal. If he doesn't appeal he was definitely hanging out with the bong in Vegas.

    Uhm.. this is old, recycled news. Nick Diaz is and always has been a stoner, has admitted to it, has openly been stoned in interviews and has tested positive for marijuana multiple times in past fights for years and years. This would be newsworthy had he not tested positive for marijuana.
